What We Do

At Full Circle Riding Center, we believe healing goes both ways.

Horses who needed a second chance find purpose again.
People who need confidence, connection, or restoration find it in the saddle.

Everything we do is built around that full-circle philosophy — care, growth, responsibility, and compassion — for both horse and human.

We serve children and adults of all abilities in a supportive, down-to-earth environment where progress is personal and every step forward matters.

Therapeutic Riding

Our therapeutic riding sessions are designed to support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth in a way that feels natural and empowering.

For some riders, that means building balance and core strength.
For others, it means learning to regulate emotions, build trust, or gain independence.

Time with horses helps riders:

  • Improve coordination and muscle tone
  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Develop focus and communication skills
  • Reduce anxiety and stress

Every session is individualized. We meet riders exactly where they are and celebrate every victory — big or small.

Horsemanship & Riding Lessons

Our riding lessons focus on more than just learning to steer or post.

Students learn how to:

  • Groom and care for their horse
  • Understand body language and behavior
  • Develop balanced riding skills
  • Build a respectful partnership

We teach relationship-based horsemanship. That means patience over pressure, communication over control, and confidence built through understanding.

Riders don’t just learn how to ride — they learn how to care.

4-H Youth Horse Use Program

Our 4-H youth horse use program provides young people with access to horses, mentorship, and hands-on education — even if they don’t own a horse of their own.

Through structured guidance and real responsibility, youth participants learn:

  • Daily horse care and stable management
  • Goal setting and record keeping
  • Show preparation and sportsmanship
  • Leadership and public presentation skills
  • Accountability, time management, and teamwork

For many youth, this program opens doors that would otherwise feel out of reach. It builds not only equine knowledge, but character.

We are proud to support young riders as they grow into confident, capable leaders — both in and out of the arena.

We accept new applications for this program year-round, but the program only takes new youth between Sept 1-Jan 1.

Rescue & Rehabilitation

Rescue is not a side project here. It is at the heart of who we are.

Many of our horses come from difficult or uncertain circumstances. With proper nutrition, veterinary care, training, and time, they are given the opportunity to heal.

Some become therapy partners.
Some become lesson horses.
Some simply live out their days safely and peacefully.

In every case, they are treated with dignity.

At Full Circle, we believe horses deserve second chances just as much as people do.

Community & Growth

Full Circle is more than a riding center — it’s a community.

We provide volunteer opportunities, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences that connect people to something bigger than themselves.

Here, riders learn resilience.
Youth learn responsibility.
Families find encouragement.
And horses find purpose.

How You Help Make This Possible

Every program we offer exists because of community support.

Donations help provide:

  • Hay and feed
  • Veterinary and farrier care
  • Tack and adaptive equipment
  • Scholarships for riders in need
  • Rescue and rehabilitation expenses

When you support Full Circle, you’re not just funding a lesson.
You’re helping create healing, opportunity, and second chances.
