Our Mission
Full Circle Riding Center is a horse rescue and therapeutic riding program dedicated to giving horses a second chance while creating meaningful, confidence-building experiences for people. Through rescue, rehabilitation, and education, we connect horses and humans in a way that fosters healing, responsibility, and personal growth.

Our Story
Full Circle Riding Center was built on a lifelong journey with horses—one that started with a single horse who changed everything.
Horses have always been a part of my life, but my path into rescue truly began with a horse named Flash. I found him at an auction, skinny and overlooked, and brought him home not fully realizing how much he would shape everything that came after.
That experience opened the door to a deeper understanding of horses—not just how to ride or train them, but how to listen, rebuild trust, and give them the time they need to feel safe again.
Over the years, I continued working with horses in all stages of life—training, rehabbing, and learning from mentors who helped shape my approach. Eventually, that path led to the opportunity to purchase a property that could support something more: a place where rescue, training, and community could all come together.
That vision became Full Circle Riding Center.
Today, we take in horses who need a second chance—whether they come from neglect, uncertainty, or simply the wrong fit—and give them the time, training, and care they need to move forward. At the same time, we create opportunities for people—especially youth—to learn, grow, and build confidence through working with these horses.
Because sometimes the horses doing the healing need it just as much as the people do.
What We Do
At Full Circle Riding Center, our work centers around two things:
Rescuing and rehabilitating horses
Each horse that comes through our program is given individualized care, training, and time. We focus on rebuilding trust, creating solid foundations, and setting them up for long-term success—whether that means a new home, a new job, or simply a safe place to land.
Providing meaningful experiences for people
Through lessons, volunteer opportunities, and hands-on involvement, we give people the chance to learn responsibility, build confidence, and develop real relationships with horses. This isn’t just about riding—it’s about understanding, patience, and growth.

Samantha Reed
Founder & Executive Director
A lifelong horsewoman, she has been training horses since the early 2000s and has always held a deep commitment to animal welfare. From a young age, she found herself drawn to horses in need, beginning her rescue efforts at just ten years old.
After years of experience and dedication, she made her dream a reality by purchasing a property that could support a rescue operation. This led to the founding of Full Circle Riding Center, where she combines her passion for training, rehabilitation, and providing second chances for horses in need.

Neil Reed
Board Member & Property Maintenance
From the earliest days of hauling horses and showing up for every event, he has been a constant source of support—both behind the scenes and at the forefront of this journey. His belief in the mission has helped make Full Circle Riding Center what it is today.
He now plays a vital role on the property, contributing his time and skills to maintenance, repairs, and daily operations.

Ute Reed
Board Member & Program Support
Her career has been rooted in caring for others, from owning and operating a preschool to providing support in elder care. This foundation of patience, empathy, and attentiveness translates naturally into her role at Full Circle Riding Center.
As a board member, she brings a nurturing perspective to the organization, helping ensure both people and horses are met with understanding, respect, and compassion.
Why It Matters
Every horse that comes here has a story. Some have been let down. Some have been misunderstood. Some simply needed more time than they were given.
We believe they all deserve that chance.
And in the process of helping them, something else happens—people grow too. Confidence builds. Trust forms. Skills develop.
That’s what makes this work matter.
